Catalog all 18 npm packages in Socket’s campaign IOC list. Use package-wide matches for the 17 OSV all-version records and an exact match for fast-transform-pipeline@1.0.1.

Why
Socket's July 28 report describes a distributed npm dependency cluster that delivers a cross-platform RAT to developers using Alibaba tooling. Packages removed from npm can remain installed on endpoints, so the complete published package IOC set belongs in the exposure catalog.
What
alibaba-developer-rat-2026-07-28.jsoncovering all 18 npm packages in Socket's malicious-package IOC list.fast-transform-pipeline@1.0.1exactly because Socket includes the package in the campaign while OSV does not currently publish a record for it._commentand uses the standard Markdown source format in the catalog index.Proof
End-to-end scanner smoke tests emitted an exact-version finding for
fast-transform-pipeline@1.0.1and an any-version finding for an arbitrarylib-mtopversion.
